Beach Volleyball Fitness (Solo Workout)
A beach fitness solo workout, led by one of our coaches, is designed to enhance strength, agility, and endurance specifically for beach volleyball. Sessions include sand-based conditioning drills, footwork exercises, plyometrics, and core stability training to improve movement and power on the court. Workouts are customized to your fitness level and goals, with a focus on explosive movements, balance, and injury prevention. Whether you're training for competition or just looking to build overall athleticism, this workout will push you to become stronger and more efficient on the sand.
